What a Week
Last week my son and his wife came to visit, they live on Jersey so we only get to see each other about once a year. I was supposed to pick them up from the airport Saturday but unfortunately I fell down the stairs on Friday night so spent Saturday at the hospital getting x-rayed and so on. Becky went to get them.
Sunday was a lovely hot day so we spent it in the garden BBQ-ing
This photo of me in for Becky as she brought me the dress and Hat back from her honeymoon in Thailand
this is Nigel getting drinks.

Paroo coming to his new home
Today I have booked the ferry to Holland to pick up our long awaited for new Pharaoh Hound Paroo. He has been looked after by his breeders Annakarin & Mathias in Sweden and it is now nearly time for him to come to us. We are so grateful to them for all they have done it is not easy keeping a puppy for so long and then giving them up. Thank you so much

Kitten Hunt
Today we have had some kitten fun. Bengals have a habit of moving there kittens at about 10 days old. it is believed this is to stop predators finding them and having lunch. So when I went into the living room where our girls have there babies and found the kitten bed empty I thought here we go, where are they, as they are now 4 weeks old I though we had got away with the kitten hunt. I eventually found them behind the TV. Emma has been eying this corner up for some time and now we know why..all babies are back in bed and seem to be staying for now !

Finland Trip
Hi, I have been away in Finland Judging so have not Blogged for a week. so have lots to tell.
Myself and a friend were invited to judge at the Finish Pharaoh Hound & Ibizan Hound Club show. It was a very tiring experience but we enjoyed it. We were looked after very well and I wish to thank the committee for making us so welcome. My best in show was a great surprise as after the judging I learned he was sired by a dog I exported to Estonia 8 yrs ago, I had no idea at the time of judging I just knew I like his type and he had the 'old' type of head and expression so missing now. He was Sawhorse's Dance Revaluation.
My best Bitch was from the junior class and was quite lovely. I see she was a US import to Finland. Shalimar Mia Affirmed.
My Ibizan Hound winner was La Reina De Tekoneva D'Snout, she was only a youngster but with the most Fab rough coat.
My smooth was Fruntrunners Gazella
